With TzaraNext, there is no need for you to search for the right customer support email address, to telephone for ordering new options or markets, to open your Internet browser to read the help, etc. Everything is integrated to the software. Account management, messaging functionalities and multilingual help are directly available to you at a click of a mouse.

TzaraNext includes a comprehensive multilingual help. It is not verbose and contains lots of screenshots. Note that subscribers can join our forum if they wish.

When the message icon starts blinking, it means that you have received a new message from customer support. The messages dialog box allows you also to contact customer support.

If you come across a chart that cannot be used for any reason, such as bad data or a recent split, you can easily notify customer support, which will fix the data as quickly as possible.
